Research

I have recently completed my PhD Concordia University (August 2024). My dissertation is titled: On Critical Controllers: Exploring Reflective Game Design through Altctrl Devices, Games, and Practices. Previously, I defended a masters dissertation on the criticality of game design practice at the IT University in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I have published or presented work on game studies and design venues (FDG, DiGRA, SBGames, Journal of Games Criticism, CGSA) as well as HCI conferences (DIS). Citations and other info can be found on my Google Scholar and ORCID profiles.
